About the role
- Lead and evolve the recruiting strategy for high-volume sales, customer service, and corporate roles.
- Manage and develop a small recruiting team; provide coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
- Design, track, and report on key recruiting metrics (time to fill, source of hire, cost per hire, funnel conversion, etc.).
- Own and improve sourcing strategies including job boards, employee referrals, social media, and talent pipelines.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job profiles, ideal candidate criteria, and selection processes.
- Champion the use of social media and employer branding campaigns to attract talent (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).
- Implement structured interview and evaluation processes that align with our customer-first culture.
- Optimize our ATS and recruiting tech stack to ensure efficiency, compliance, and a top-tier candidate experience.
- Analyze recruiting data to influence decisions and continuously improve hiring performance.
Requirements
- Five plus years of experience in full-cycle sales recruiting, with at least three years in a management capacity.
- Expertise in sourcing, hiring, and retaining customer-facing talent such as sales representatives, account managers, or call center agents.
- Proven success in high-volume recruiting environments, required in sales or customer-high-volume performance driven sales hiring initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience using data and recruiting analytics to drive hiring strategy and decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a metric and outcome driven culture with a passion for delivering measurable business impact through talent.
- Strong knowledge of social media sourcing and employer branding strategies.
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (Ashby preferred).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling company environment.
- Passion for creating a candidate-centric experience.
