About the role
- Own the performance, optimization, and scalability of key platforms, including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, Tableau, Talkdesk, Gong, and other business-critical systems.
- Serve as a hands-on technical leader: design, configure, troubleshoot, and enhance core business systems.
- Develop and maintain a multi-year systems roadmap aligned with business objectives and future growth plans.
- Lead major system implementations, migrations, and enterprise data initiatives from planning through execution.
- Drive cross-functional projects, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations leadership to ensure alignment and success.
- Establish governance standards for system administration, data integrity, and workflow management.
- Continuously identify and resolve system inefficiencies, optimizing data pipelines, reporting structures, and automation.
- Manage vendor relationships, including tool evaluation, contract negotiation, and technology recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years owning and managing critical business systems, with strong hands-on technical expertise.
- Advanced Salesforce administration and optimization skills; Salesforce certifications highly preferred.
- Proven success in major implementations, system migrations, and enterprise-level projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration across multiple business areas.
- Highly technical, analytical, and data-driven, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
