About the role

  • Prospect, develop, and close new referral partnerships through outbound calls, in-person visits, presentations, and events
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Real Estate Agents, Home Builders, and Insurance partners
  • Create mutually beneficial partnership proposals and negotiate contracts
  • Collaborate with leadership on sales strategies, proposals, pitches, and RFP responses
  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify growth opportunities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners—resolving issues, aligning expectations, and strengthening collaboration
  • Track, analyze, and report on partner performance and pipeline metrics
  • Represent Move Concierge at industry events, networking functions, and partner meetings
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales metrics related to lead volume, lead quality, and partner satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field or five or more years of successful outside sales experience
  • Proven experience working with Real Estate Agents, Home Builders, or Insurance Agencies
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and occasional on-call responsibilities
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to clearly manage partner expectations and close deals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident presenter with strong public-speaking abilities
  • Highly organized with strong time and calendar management skills
  • Willingness to travel by car or air for business-related activities
