Counselor

• Guide students and families in selecting appropriate courses aligned with academic goals, graduation requirements, and postsecondary plans.
• Create and manage individualized academic plans for students in grades K–12.
• Monitor student progress toward graduation; conduct regular credit checks and transcript reviews.
• Provide proactive support for academic interventions, schedule changes, and retention planning.
• Coordinate and track dual credit/dual enrollment participation and maintain partnerships with higher education institutions.
• Maintain and update student transcripts, including GPA calculations and class rankings where applicable.
• Process transcript requests, credit transfers, and academic records in accordance with FERPA regulations.
• Collaborate with enrollment and registrar teams to ensure accurate course placements and student schedules.
• Review course enrollment requests for accuracy and alignment with student plans.
• Provide short-term counseling and referrals for academic motivation, social-emotional challenges, and personal development needs.
• Identify at-risk students and collaborate with student support staff to implement intervention plans.
• Facilitate guidance lessons or workshops focused on self-management, decision-making, peer relationships, and emotional wellness.
• Support high school students with college planning, scholarship navigation, SAT/ACT timelines and testing, ASVAB, AP, and career exploration.
• Assist students with applications for postsecondary programs, financial aid (FAFSA), and personal statements.
• Coordinate virtual college fairs, career panels, and readiness events.
• Collaborate regularly with academic coaches, learning specialists, teachers, and family support teams.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, accreditation standards, and confidentiality regulations (FERPA).
• Maintain accurate documentation of counseling sessions, interventions, and family communications in the school’s SIS or CRM.

School Counselor

Business Operations

• Maintain and thoughtfully scale internal Business Systems and own internal technology strategy and development roadmaps
• Manage a team of Systems Administrators, Developers, and Analysts and provide strategic guidance and clear priorities
• Responsible for the overall design and build of our Salesforce system and many integrated systems (e.g., Docusign CLM, Salesloft, Gong, Cognism, LI Sales Navigator, Zendesk, AskNicely, Smartsheet)
• Be a player-coach willing to jump into the details for all relevant systems
• Oversee successful integration, support, and enhancements of all centrally owned Business Systems tools
• Provide strategic leadership and holistic guidance on tools and connectivity within the Go-To-Market systems ecosystem
• Partner with stakeholders to craft and drive business systems architecture ensuring seamless and scalable end user experience
• Advocate and implement CRM best practices with focus on data governance and field accuracy
• Oversee prioritization for sprints, resource allocation, feature enhancements, and major project roll-outs
• Drive end-user adoption and present key initiatives, successes, and areas of improvement
• Interface with executive management and business partners on prioritization and implementation needs

Manager

• Manage the end-to-end contracting process with an eye for improvement and optimization.
• Summarize and track key legal provisions in contracts and maintain an organized repository of executed agreements.
• Draft and review a variety of commercial agreements, including Order Forms and NDAs, to align with internal policies and company’s risk profile.
• Respond to customers’ inquiries regarding contracts and support contract execution.
• Partner with Sales, InfoSec and Finance to support resolution of ad hoc commercial issues and contract execution.
• Develop and periodically update contract playbooks.
• Train internal departments on contract processes and best practices for engagement with Legal.
• Manage and support other projects critical to company’s legal, privacy and enterprise risk management efforts.

Contract Manager
