About the role

  • Provides exceptional member service to credit union membership by assessing member needs.
  • Advises to meet member needs, and assists in transactions such as opening new accounts and servicing existing accounts.
  • Educates members on options for managing financial transactions through MACU tools and cross-sells products and services.
  • Maintains cash drawer and processes various transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Represents the credit union in a professional manner and responds to communication in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • At least six months of customer service experience.
  • Industry experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
  • Proficient computer operating skills.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
