💰 $90,000 - $105,000 per year
About the role
- Oversee day-to-day activities to ensure 100% compliance with MSI’s contractual commitments, focusing on response and restoration timeframes.
- Act as the central liaison between MSI, the local service partner, and the customer to ensure peak satisfaction.
- Remotely diagnose failures, manage emergency escalations, and monitor monthly system availability metrics.
- Collaborate with the Sales Account Executive to identify new sales opportunities and formulate future communication requirements for the customer.
- Review recommendations for system modifications and improvements with Engineers and third-party contractors to ensure total compatibility.
- Maintain accurate service histories and prepare professional briefings for customer and Motorola leadership.
Requirements
- High School diploma, Associates, or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Technology, OR 4+ years of work experience in resolving customer technical issues required.
- Must be able to obtain a background clearance as required by our government customers.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
