💰 $100,000 - $115,000 per year

About the role

  • Responsible for leading a sales team within designated region
  • Strategic account planning and overall relationship management for existing and new customers
  • Align the Mobile Video sales team to enhance sales & execution
  • Establish a collaborative, energetic and exciting working environment as the leader of the region
  • Hold sales team accountable for achieving/exceeding the Committed View (CV) forecast
  • Report in detail the CV forecast per month, quarter and annually
  • Set go-to-market strategies
  • Generate a long-term, multiple-year sales pipeline and accounts to pursue
  • Create, strengthen, and manage reseller and Motorola manufacturer representative organizations
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of sales/public safety experience OR 8+ years of sales/public safety experience
  • Travel Requirements 25-50%
  • Knowledge and experience with CRM systems, specifically Saleforce.com
  • Experience with Miller-Heiman sales methodology
  • Experience selling video and/or software solutions
