About the role
- Responsible for leading a sales team within designated region
- Strategic account planning and overall relationship management for existing and new customers
- Align the Mobile Video sales team to enhance sales & execution
- Establish a collaborative, energetic and exciting working environment as the leader of the region
- Hold sales team accountable for achieving/exceeding the Committed View (CV) forecast
- Report in detail the CV forecast per month, quarter and annually
- Set go-to-market strategies
- Generate a long-term, multiple-year sales pipeline and accounts to pursue
- Create, strengthen, and manage reseller and Motorola manufacturer representative organizations
- Develop strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of sales/public safety experience OR 8+ years of sales/public safety experience
- Travel Requirements 25-50%
- Knowledge and experience with CRM systems, specifically Saleforce.com
- Experience with Miller-Heiman sales methodology
- Experience selling video and/or software solutions
