Serve as the Principal Enterprise Lead for the global MSI Active Directory environment.
Direct the technical roadmap for directory and email backbone.
Lead a team of engineers providing guidance for day to day operations.
Direct the architecture, security, and maintenance of the enterprise AD environment.
Oversee complex integrations between AD and third-party systems.
Own the global SMTP relay infrastructure and email routing protocols.
Ensure high availability and security for cross-platform directory infrastructure.
Lead the IT integration team in executing technical strategies.
Orchestrate communication across all stakeholders.
Manage all aspects of people management: hiring, performance reviews, career development.

Requirements

Bachelors degree with 8+ years of experience managing IT environments
3+ years in a formal leadership or management role, with experience conducting performance reviews and managing a global or distributed team
At least 8–10 years of experience managing complex Active Directory environments, including expert knowledge of GPO, DNS, and Kerberos
Proven track record architecting Microsoft Certificate Services (ADCS)
Understanding of SMTP relay, SPF/DKIM/DMARC protocols
Advanced proficiency in PowerShell for automation
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
