💰 $55,000 - $60,000 per year
About the role
- Provide excellent customer service to new and existing customers
- Independently troubleshoot, install, repair and support customers
- Guide field techs and customers through installations and troubleshooting
- Evaluate installation sites and make recommendations for Camera Systems
- Test systems to ensure they are working correctly
- Communicate issues found in the field effectively for debugging
- Maintain a log of customer interactions and completed tasks
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must have experience with Google Suite OR Microsoft Office
- Must be able to pass a background check
- MUST have a valid driver's license
- Must have experience developing and enhancing strong client relationships
- Must be able to lift and operate 25 - 50 lbs.
