About the role

  • Identify market-leading organizations and high-potential targets in strategic geographies and vertical sectors to broaden market penetration.
  • Work with internal shops and FSO teams to provide training and build partnerships.
  • Formulate territory growth strategies and conduct market trend analysis.
  • Direct the "Activation" phase for newly onboarded partners and ensure proficiency in installation and servicing.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and professional demonstrations.
  • Institute a transition from transactional sales to monetizing the entire product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with Territory Managers for seamless partner transitions.
  • Provide training and resources regarding the strategic significance of assigned product lines.

Requirements

  • High School diploma, Associates, or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, IT, Management, or Technology required.
  • 5 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Operations, Sales, or Technology.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in channel management, partner recruitment, or regional service management.
  • Strong understanding of indirect sales models, partner ecosystems, and channel dynamics.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and the ability to analyze data-driven trends.
  • Travel requires significant travel, often 25-50%.
