About the role
- Oversee the operational health and technical efficiency of emergency dispatch systems
- Manage and troubleshoot enterprise-level hardware and software
- Develop and execute customer operations policies
- Cultivate mutually beneficial alliances with customers and end-users
- Proactively initiate problem-solving actions for hardware, network, and third-party components
- Maintain high-functioning, 911-center equipment
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of Public Safety Applications experience involving CAD Systems
- Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customer
