About the role
- Interface with Sales, Project Management, System Engineering and Field Engineering personnel
- Provide guidance on all coverage design and implementation aspects from proposal to award until system acceptance
- Develop and apply methods for solutions to technical problems
- Provide technical support in all phases of a project
- Provide external consultative support to customers/consultants
- Interface with product teams on system performance parameters
- Develop Coverage Standards and practices
- Guide site deployments and testing
- Lead field training activities
Requirements
- 10+ years of RF/Propagation Engineering in the Wireless Communications field
- Bachelor's Degree BSEE/BSCE
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
- Experience/knowledge in radio communication systems, radio propagation, RF, wireless system design
- Experience in setting up modeling tools for coverage and interference mitigation designs
- Experience in troubleshooting RF Sites / noise mitigation challenges on deployed systems
- Experience in site deployment and installation practices
