About the role

Evaluate, analyze, and develop business processes and methodologies to implement and enhance cost-effective standard operating procedures.
Audit existing procedures for effectiveness and compliance.
Investigate and develop solutions to operational business needs.
Ensure business operations support the strategic plan.
Manage relationships with Repossession Agents in the western Region.
Support the Agent management processes of onboarding new Agents, post repossession and agent compliance.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new repossession Agents based on predefined criteria and business needs.
Conduct regular performance reviews and audits to assess vendor performance against KPIs and SLAs.
Monitor and manage repossession assignments, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to legal and industry regulations.
Stay abreast of legal and regulatory changes in the automotive repossession industry.

Strong understanding of repossession processes, legal requirements, and compliance standards.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and drive results.
Experience with collateral repossession Collections, asset recovery, and repossession experience would be beneficial.
High level of experience using G-Suite, MS Office, and related applications.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
