About the role

  • Responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and customer recruitment objectives
  • Prospect, qualify and develop new customer relationships both within partner and end-user communities
  • Coordinate involvement of company personnel to meet channel performance objectives and customer expectations
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives
  • Drive adoption of company programs among assigned region customers
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Engineering Leadership to identify and execute go-to-market programs

Requirements

  • 5+ years of channel sales experience in a business-to-business technology/physical security sales environment with a track record of success
  • Proven track-record of Territory Management, Prospecting skills, Negotiation, Self-Confidence, Industry (Product) knowledge, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Motivation for sales and Self-starter attitude
  • Proficient knowledge of security and/or building automation products
  • Prior experience with selling enterprise solutions is a plus
  • Effective understanding and experience with the corporate culture, environment, and decision processes
  • Effective understanding of the A & E culture and environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Seeking Independent hunter and entrepreneur background
