Account Executive

• Contact prospects and customers via phone calls, emails, or in-person visits to present products;
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by providing ongoing support, answering questions, and keeping customers informed about new models and promotions;
• Demonstrate the technical features and benefits of trucks, tailoring presentations to each customer’s specific needs;
• Lead negotiations to find mutually beneficial solutions for the customer and the company, considering payment terms, financing options, and discounts;
• Prepare detailed, customized proposals for each customer, including pricing, payment terms, vehicle specifications, and additional services (warranty, maintenance, etc.);
• Close sales and coordinate all logistical and administrative steps through delivery of the truck, ensuring all customer expectations are met;
• Analyze the existing customer portfolio and identify upsell opportunities, such as fleet upgrades, new truck sales, or complementary services;
• Use CRM systems to organize and track leads, ensuring efficient follow-up and conversion of opportunities into closed sales.
