Requirements

10+ years of experience as a hardware engineering leader, OEM, ODM, JDM all valuable
Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Experience managing teams of engineers and being responsible for multiple projects concurrently
Very strong domain knowledge in electronics development:
Experience with board bring up, power supply and signal integrity testing as well as debug and root cause analysis
Experience with various interfaces such as I2C, UART, SPI, USB, MIPI, I2S, DDR, eMMC, NAND flash etc.
Experience with Wifi, Bluetooth, GPS, 4G/5G, cameras, batteries, and other peripherals
15+ years of experience as a cross-functional engineering leader (for Sr. Director position)
Experience managing the full engineering lifecycle for Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Reliability, Quality, Sustaining teams
Able to define electromechanical architecture as well as vendor selection criteria
Clear communication skills and ability to manage escalations with CEO-level visibility.
