About the role
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities
- Own end-to-end, high-volume recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and closing)
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of active and passive candidates
- Act as a brand ambassador, effectively “selling” the company and opportunities to candidates
- Drive candidate engagement through strong communication and storytelling
- Consistently meet and exceed recruiting KPIs (pipeline health, time-to-fill, offer acceptance)
- Leverage ATS tools (Greenhouse) and data to optimize hiring processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless hiring experience
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in high-volume recruiting within SaaS/tech; background in sales or customer success is strongly preferred (retail/manufacturing profiles less relevant)
- Skillset: Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills; strong relationship-building and influencing ability
- Technical: Hands-on experience with ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and familiarity with US/Go-to-Market hiring
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter & prospecting via LinkedIn and other platforms preferred
- Behavioral Traits:
- Self-motivated, proactive “go-getter” with high ownership
- Strong stress management and ability to perform under pressure
- Confident in communication, including public speaking and candidate interactions
- Education: Strong academic background preferred (GPA 3.5–3.7)
