Recruitment

• Coordinate and schedule phone, video, and on-site interviews in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Serve as a key point of contact for any scheduling changes/interview updates between the candidate and the interviewers
• Manage the end-to-end candidate experience by working closely with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate tracking in applicant tracking systems (ATS- Greenhouse), Modern Loop, Google Sheets, and other relevant tools
• Support various recruiting-related administrative tasks, including offer coordination, onboarding assistance, and data management
• Support Recruiting Operations initiatives/projects with the team
