Coordinate and schedule phone, video, and on-site interviews in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Serve as a key point of contact for any scheduling changes/interview updates between the candidate and the interviewers
Manage the end-to-end candidate experience by working closely with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate tracking in applicant tracking systems (ATS- Greenhouse), Modern Loop, Google Sheets, and other relevant tools
Support various recruiting-related administrative tasks, including offer coordination, onboarding assistance, and data management
Support Recruiting Operations initiatives/projects with the team
Requirements
2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination
Experience with Greenhouse or ModernLoop is preferred, but not required
A proactive and detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with internal stakeholders and candidates
Excellent project management abilities, with a strong focus on organization, flexibility, and adaptability
A team player with a passion for creating an efficient, welcoming, and collaborative workplace
