About the role

  • Proactively source candidates daily through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other channels
  • Conduct initial outreach to candidates via calls and messages to qualify interest and fit
  • Create and submit detailed candidate profiles in our ATS for recruiter follow-up
  • Partner with Recruiters and Account Managers to ensure smooth hand-off of candidates
  • Achieve and surpass weekly sourcing and submission goals
  • Maintain accurate ATS records and track sourcing progress with regular reporting

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally with a U.S. staffing agency
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and other sourcing tools
  • Demonstrated ability to build pipelines for multiple open roles while meeting performance goals
  • Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
  • Availability to work U.S. business hours
