About the role
- Proactively source candidates daily through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other channels
- Conduct initial outreach to candidates via calls and messages to qualify interest and fit
- Create and submit detailed candidate profiles in our ATS for recruiter follow-up
- Partner with Recruiters and Account Managers to ensure smooth hand-off of candidates
- Achieve and surpass weekly sourcing and submission goals
- Maintain accurate ATS records and track sourcing progress with regular reporting
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally with a U.S. staffing agency
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and other sourcing tools
- Demonstrated ability to build pipelines for multiple open roles while meeting performance goals
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
- Availability to work U.S. business hours
