About the role

  • Lead and coordinate IT infrastructure projects, ensuring delivery within the defined scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Support long-term strategies and plans for IT infrastructure, aligned with the company’s business objectives and needs.
  • Ensure projects are implemented within the agreed schedule and budget, including the transition to the operations team.
  • Ensure contractual compliance by monitoring and verifying that deliverables meet the terms of established agreements.
  • Manage the change control process for IT infrastructure, assessing and mitigating adverse impacts on deployments for projects under your responsibility.
  • Design and cost solutions to support feasibility studies for new initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve IT infrastructure and implement solutions to increase efficiency, security, and system reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration of technological solutions into company projects and operations.
  • Manage relationships with technology vendors, ensuring that procured products and services meet the company’s quality standards and requirements.
  • Train and guide team members and stakeholders of implemented solutions on effective resource usage and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or IT Management.
  • Experience in technology project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery within established timelines and budgets.
  • Certification in project and change management methodologies/frameworks (SCRUM, PMI PMBOK, Waterfall, Agile and/or Lean).
  • MS Project
  • SAP PS module
  • Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Knowledge of hardware, software, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and IT infrastructure.
  • English (intermediate).
