About the role

  • Responsible for managing the purchasing planning and material expediting areas, and for overseeing warehouse operations
  • Ensure accurate and adequate inventory levels to meet business demands
  • Provide the appropriate level of service to the operation with agility and quality
  • Maintain active collaboration with operations, management, maintenance and other internal customers
  • Ensure inventory accuracy
  • Ensure appropriate stock level adjustments
  • Reduce stockouts
  • Manage the area's operational processes using management indicators
  • Participate in the planning and preparation of the annual budget
  • Ensure a high-performing operational team
  • Monitor team development, evaluating performance and professional conduct

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Specialization in Business Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or Business Management
  • Knowledge of SAP (MM module), strategic KPIs, financial mathematics, and fiscal/tax matters
  • Experience in People Management, Planning and Organization, Administrative Control, strong verbal and written communication, decision-making, leadership, professional ethics, negotiation and persuasion skills, innovation, emotional intelligence and conflict management
  • Intermediate English (desired).
