About the role

  • Support the audit and implementation of the temporary assignment policy for Solar field team members
  • Handle employee relations issues, grievances, investigations, and disciplinary actions
  • Consult with management, HRBPs, Legal, Benefits, or other internal partners on leave of absence and job accommodation requests
  • Support and coordinate offboarding and position elimination activities
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a HR Generalist, Employee Relations Specialist, or other related HR/People Operations role
  • Seasoned and proven skills in managing difficult employee relations situations
  • Experience with HRIS systems
  • Ability to form productive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Bilingual in Spanish is required
