About the role
- Support the audit and implementation of the temporary assignment policy for Solar field team members
- Handle employee relations issues, grievances, investigations, and disciplinary actions
- Consult with management, HRBPs, Legal, Benefits, or other internal partners on leave of absence and job accommodation requests
- Support and coordinate offboarding and position elimination activities
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous experience as a HR Generalist, Employee Relations Specialist, or other related HR/People Operations role
- Seasoned and proven skills in managing difficult employee relations situations
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Ability to form productive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Bilingual in Spanish is required
