About the role

  • Support the Apprenticeship Manager and Senior Coordinator with scheduling, meeting logistics, travel coordination, invoices, and expense reports
  • Organize and execute logistics for internal meetings, trainings, and events
  • Act as liaison between the Apprenticeship Team and internal departments
  • Receive, organize, and prepare apprentice & journeyworkers applications
  • Maintain and upload apprentice files in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations
  • Track and submit Related Technical Instruction (RTI) hours
  • Monitor apprentice status changes and update reports
  • Support the Senior Coordinator in the preparation and submission of apprentice bonuses

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task, and work independently
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience supporting teams in a construction environment
  • Familiarity with apprenticeship programs, apprenticeship compliance, or related workforce development programs
  • Experience with RAPIDS / RAPIDS 2.0, RTI tracking, or similar systems (preferred, not required)
