About the role
- Support the Apprenticeship Manager and Senior Coordinator with scheduling, meeting logistics, travel coordination, invoices, and expense reports
- Organize and execute logistics for internal meetings, trainings, and events
- Act as liaison between the Apprenticeship Team and internal departments
- Receive, organize, and prepare apprentice & journeyworkers applications
- Maintain and upload apprentice files in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations
- Track and submit Related Technical Instruction (RTI) hours
- Monitor apprentice status changes and update reports
- Support the Senior Coordinator in the preparation and submission of apprentice bonuses
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task, and work independently
- Professional written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience supporting teams in a construction environment
- Familiarity with apprenticeship programs, apprenticeship compliance, or related workforce development programs
- Experience with RAPIDS / RAPIDS 2.0, RTI tracking, or similar systems (preferred, not required)
