About the role

  • Partner with AEs and AMs to support discovery, demos, and solution design
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to customer use cases
  • Support RFPs, technical documentation, and security reviews
  • Translate customer requirements into technical and workflow-aligned solutions
  • Answer customer questions regarding products and implementation
  • Validate integration feasibility, data requirements, and system compatibility
  • Identify risks and gaps early in the sales process
  • Work with Product and Engineering on technical questions and escalations

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical sales
  • Experience with SaaS platforms, integrations, or healthcare technology
  • Deep understanding of data, workflows, and system integrations (particularly in the home health or hospice space)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience selling into home-based healthcare, the broader healthcare industry, or health technology organizations is strongly preferred
