About the role
- Manage renewals and expansion across portfolio of Enterprise accounts
- Drive cross-sell opportunities across Mosai solutions
- Develop and execute multi-year account plans and growth strategy
- Maintain and expand executive relationships
- Identify and drive large-scale expansion opportunities by proactively prospecting within existing Mosai accounts
- Lead value-based renewals and negotiations
- Partner closely with Customer Success to align on value and adoption
- Coordinate with Clinical Services and other internal roles to drive customer adoption and satisfaction
- All other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 5-10+ years in account management or sales in SaaS, healthcare technology, or related industries
- Experience managing high-volume account portfolios
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Experience selling into home-based healthcare, the broader healthcare industry, or health technology organizations is strongly preferred
- Strong financial and value-based selling skills
- Strong communication skills
- Consistent quota attainment
