About the role
- Own full-cycle new logo sales motion
- Diligently prospect Enterprise and Strategic accounts to drive new-logo pipeline development
- Lead discovery to identify critical business issues (CBIs) and quantify value
- Build and manage multi-threaded stakeholder relationships (clinical, operational, executive)
- Develop and validate ROI / VOI (Value on Investment) business cases
- Orchestrate internal resources (Clinical, Pre-Sales, RevOps)
- Drive deal strategy, negotiation, and close
- Ensure clean handoff to Customer Success and Account Management
- All other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of enterprise SaaS or healthcare technology sales
- Experience selling into home-based healthcare, the broader healthcare industry, or health technology organizations is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder deals
- Strong financial and value-based selling skills
- Consistent quota attainment.
