About the role
- Manage full-cycle Small and Medium-Sized Business, or SMB, new-logo sales with high activity and pipeline volume
- Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities quickly
- Diligently prospect to drive new-logo pipeline development
- Conduct focused discovery on key customer pain points
- Deliver standardized, value-oriented demos
- Maintain disciplined pipeline and CRM hygiene
- Close deals within pricing and packaging guardrails
- Ensure clean handoff to Customer Success and Account Management
- All other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of SaaS, healthcare technology sales, or inside sales
- Experience selling into home-based healthcare, the broader healthcare industry, or health technology organizations is strongly preferred
- Experience managing a high-volume pipeline
- Strong financial and value-based selling skills
- Strong communication skills
- Consistent quota attainment
