About the role

  • Manage new account onboarding, capturing, and validating licenses, contracts, and required data.
  • Coordinate with Finance on billing structures, credit terms, and pricing.
  • Ensure accurate customer setup and data integrity across systems.
  • Maintain and update customer hierarchy structures and account mappings.
  • Support sales alignment and proper pricing/reporting through structured data.
  • Oversee pipeline and sales activity data; provide training on CRM tools and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to improve system functionality and adoption.
  • Build and deliver reports/dashboards; monitor KPIs such as sales performance, churn, and pipeline growth.
  • Provide insights to identify opportunities and support Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Document and enhance processes for quoting, ordering, lead management, and onboarding.
  • Identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and ensure compliance with controls.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Contracts, IT, Compliance, and Marketing to support initiatives and maintain consistency across data and systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or sales enablement (pharma distribution experience preferred)
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP); familiarity with BI tools a plus
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience supporting QBRs or executive-level reporting preferred
