• Lead the development, design, and ongoing buildout of Morningstar’s Brand Research and Competitive Intelligence functions.
• Establish a scalable, centralized approach to brand and competitive insights.
• Define the operating structure, research roadmap, governance, and stakeholder engagement model.
• Build a sustainable framework for measuring brand health and monitoring market and competitor movement.
• Synthesize complex findings into clear, business-ready narratives.
• Present insights to senior stakeholders and drive decision-making through briefings and planned readouts.
• Help connect brand and competitive intelligence with other insight streams.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and scalable workflows to improve efficiency and create more accessible insights assets.
• Manage external research and intelligence partners as needed.
