About the role
- Acquire new clients through cold calling and proactive outreach
- Qualify incoming leads and conduct initial discovery calls
- Strategically develop and refine our sales approach
- Identify and research key decision-makers
- Medium-term: lead contract negotiations and close projects/deals
- Work closely with senior management and have genuine scope to shape processes and offerings.
Requirements
- Negotiation-level German and English (fluent spoken and written)
- Ambition to become one of the leading sales professionals in the DACH region
- Independent, structured, and self-motivated working style
- Professionalism in client interactions
- Preferable: understanding of web design, web development, or branding
- Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools
- Sales experience (optional)
