About the role
- Lead and manage quality engineering efforts for ISG Lending technology platforms
- Oversee both functional and non-functional testing of web applications
- Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutions
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve automated tests, frameworks, and processes
- Mentor other members of quality engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices
- Drive automation initiatives and leverage modern testing tools and methodologies
- Report on quality metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in quality engineering
- Strong hands-on expertise in test automation frameworks and tools (playwright, cypress or similar)
- Strong expertise in relational or document databases (Sybase, MongoDB, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with AI developer productivity tooling (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Amp, or similar)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing
- In-depth knowledge of industry-standard QA tools and practices
- Strong understanding of SDLC and testing best practices
- Experience in leveraging MCPs for quality automation engineering is preferred
- Experience in working on lending platforms is preferred
