About the role
- Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm
- Responsible for and lead aspects of individual and team deliverables and projects
- Lead budgeting/forecasting processes that align with business priorities
- Develop and maintain technology and operations budgets and financial metrics
- Provide senior management with data and analysis to drive decision making
- Manage initiatives for business management process improvements
Requirements
- At least 4 years' relevant experience in FP&A, Accounting and/or Technology Business Management
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance and/or Business Administration
- In-depth knowledge of Finance functional area, product and/or client segment
- Experience with financial budgeting & planning
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, including Pivot Tables, lookups, formulas, and data manipulation
- Thorough understanding of GAAP Accounting principles
- Experience with Power-Bi and AI tools (Co-pilot)
