About the role

  • Lead and manage multi-stage processes.
  • Coordinate with manager research, legal, risk, compliance, and wealth management product teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Manage a due diligence team focused on institutional investment research.
  • Conduct initial investment due diligence.
  • Structure and define accessible institutional investment products.
  • Provide regular, detailed reporting of qualitative and quantitative analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • An advanced degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CAIA) is preferred
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in the institutional investment marketplace.
  • Demonstrated experience in an investment due diligence function across multiple asset classes is preferred
  • Strong understanding of institutional investment products, including CITs, Separate Accounts, and LPs
  • Proven experience in stakeholder and project management.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience working with legal, risk, and compliance teams.
  • Proficiency in using investment manager databases and tools such as eVestment and Morningstar
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
