About the role
- Join a global, follow the sun, on-call rotation for production issues
- Write and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures
- Manage, deploy and debug large scale production environments
- Collaborate with others to discuss projects and participate in open forums
Requirements
- 4+ years of Enterprise Level Experience in Large Distributed Environment
- Knowledge of Linux Systems - Hardware and Automated Build including Automated Lights Out Management
- Must be comfortable building systems from scratch, changing configuration and amending code-paths
- Understanding of kernel bypass and how it relates to latency sensitive devices
- Knowledge of TCP/IP
- Experience with networking and security concepts, implementation, and troubleshooting
- Experience with monitoring tools and solutions
- Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills in a highly visible faced paced enterprise environment
- Coding experience preferably with Python
- Experience working on shared code bases using best practices in CI / Source Control /Release Management and Change Control
- Solid understand of Linux Kernel internals performance tuning
- Trading System Application Configuration / Deployment / Management Experience
- Knowledge of French and English is required.
