About the role
- Responsible for the teams that design effective technology-centric solutions and manage technology risks
- Develop appropriate software strategy
- Engage with stakeholders at affiliated companies on strategic technology integrations
- Engage with external clients on technology collaboration and integration efforts
- Map out overall business process flows for technology platform across Core Services, Investments and Digital
- Work closely with Parametric’s technology team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- 15+ years of experience, preferably within the asset management industry
- strong understanding of Fixed Income, Derivative, and Equity assets
- 10+ years engaging with compliance, controls and or regulatory bodies
- 10+ years of experience working closely with technology teams
- 10+ years of experience engaging with senior leadership internally
- Experience supervising and guiding teams in technology product management
- Proven track record of becoming a subject matter expert
- Strong leadership skills
