Job Description: We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist to help us manage and optimize paid media and paid search campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search + PMAX). If you're independent, results-driven, and have experience in the DTC e-commerce space, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Own execution of campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search + PMAX)
Assist with light performance monitoring, reporting, and budget tracking
Flexibly support campaign pivots, testing, and creative updates
Collaborate with co-founders to align paid media strategy with broader marketing goals
Potential to scale into a larger role as campaign needs grow

Requirements
Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
Google Ads (Search + PMAX)
Strong skills in using platform dashboards and spreadsheets for reporting and tracking
Independent working style with minimal oversight
Coachable, adaptable, and growth-minded
Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment (especially with early-stage brands)
Experience running TikTok Ads
Prior work with early-stage DTC e-commerce brands
Familiarity with A/B testing, creative iteration, and performance-driven campaign optimization
