• Job Title: Paid Media Specialist

• Work Shift: UK Timezone
• Working Hours: 4 days/week (32 hours/week), flexible hours with some UK overlap
• Job Description: We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist to help us manage and optimize paid media and paid search campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search + PMAX). If you're independent, results-driven, and have experience in the DTC e-commerce space, we'd love to hear from you.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Own execution of campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search + PMAX)
• Assist with light performance monitoring, reporting, and budget tracking
• Flexibly support campaign pivots, testing, and creative updates
• Collaborate with co-founders to align paid media strategy with broader marketing goals
• Potential to scale into a larger role as campaign needs grow
