Take ownership of the team's analytics and AI strategy to enhance analytics capabilities.
Creating and refining analytical models and best practice across the Transaction Services team.
Assisting with team development through training and upskilling initiatives.
Developing and maintaining relationships internally with analytics and digital transformation team.
Taking project responsibility for analytics on individual due diligence projects.
Working closely with transaction managers to ensure complete and accurate analysis.
Managing the end-to-end data process, from requesting and extracting data to cleansing, validating, and structuring it for analysis.
Applying analytical techniques to large and complex client datasets to uncover trends, assess performance, and identify risks and opportunities.
Participating in the confirmation of scope of field work and preparation of fee budgets.
Participating in the preparation of PowerPoint documents and proposals.

Requirements

Advanced skills in data manipulation and analysis using programming languages.
Expert-level ability in data visualisation software, particularly Power BI or Tableau.
Strong foundation in accounting and financial reporting.
Commercial acumen and ability to connect data support advisory conclusions.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record of leading a team and assignments through to completion.
Ability to management multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Previous experience in Transaction Services or supporting Transaction Services teams, typically gained over 3-4 years or more.
Chartered Accountant (ACA / ACCA qualified) or other similar professional qualification.
