• Utilize generative art tools and Adobe Suite to design intuitive UI elements, comprehensive game layouts, and detailed wireframes that enhance the player experience.
• Develop and maintain consistent brand theming across various game assets, ensuring all generative output aligns with Moon Active’s signature style and quality standards.
• Work closely with our super-talented art teams to integrate AI-generated art into our game assets, marketing materials, and other creative projects, working closely with various teams of artists and developers.
• Be a champion for exploring and implementing new Image and Video Generation Models, constantly pushing the boundaries of what's possible in art creation.
• Curate, create and update our datasets based on original artwork in alignment with Moon Active signature art style.

AI Designer

• Design levels for top performing playable ads for leading games, to excite, engage, and bring new players to download our games.
• Research and develop innovative game mechanics for playable ads.
• Work closely with game developers and provide constructive feedback on playable ad mechanics and experience.
• Analyze performance data to optimize game mechanics and conversions.
• Collaborate with the game design team with improving our content pipeline and processes.
• Stay current on mobile game advertising trends and best practices.
• Support and collaborate with the team from a level design perspective (Production, QA, Art, Game Design, etc).

Game Designer – Playable Ads

2D Artist

• Create a playful, intuitive cohesive look & feel, and overall mobile game user experience
• Conceptualize, present and execute your ideas from A to Z
• Work collaboratively with other designers and cross-functionally with UX, engineering, and product management on the design and implementation of new game features
• Create and own the implementation of fun, engaging in-game events and other game content
• Design and deliver UI for in-game offers, promotional screens, and purchase flows (offer popups, sale banners, seasonal promotions)
• Own the visual pipeline from brief to implementation, including asset handoff
• Maintain and evolve the UI component library and style guides to ensure consistency across features
• Rapidly iterate on A/B test variants - create multiple visual treatments and adapt based on performance data
• Collaborate closely with the monetization team on conversion-driven design decisions
• Participate in design reviews and contribute constructive feedback to peers
