About the role
- Managing a portfolio of client accounts and building strong, trusted relationships
- Developing and executing account plans to support client success and growth
- Leading client meetings, QBRs and renewal conversations
- Identifying upsell opportunities and supporting revenue growth
- Acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams
- Mentoring and supporting Account Managers in day-to-day activities
- Improving processes and driving consistency across the team
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Onboarding and Business Services
- Monitoring account health, risks and performance metrics
Requirements
- Experience managing complex client accounts in a SaaS or service-based environment
- Ability to balance hands-on account management with team leadership or mentoring
- Track record of improving customer retention and growing accounts
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in cross-functional, distributed teams
