About the role

  • Managing a portfolio of client accounts and building strong, trusted relationships
  • Developing and executing account plans to support client success and growth
  • Leading client meetings, QBRs and renewal conversations
  • Identifying upsell opportunities and supporting revenue growth
  • Acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams
  • Mentoring and supporting Account Managers in day-to-day activities
  • Improving processes and driving consistency across the team
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Onboarding and Business Services
  • Monitoring account health, risks and performance metrics

Requirements

  • Experience managing complex client accounts in a SaaS or service-based environment
  • Ability to balance hands-on account management with team leadership or mentoring
  • Track record of improving customer retention and growing accounts
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in cross-functional, distributed teams
