About the role
- Take ownership of a key area of our product roadmap and lead a full cross‑functional team to deliver high‑impact, user‑centred outcomes
- Shape and execute product strategy, carry out meaningful user research
- Create products that deliver real value for schools and learners while driving commercial success
- Work closely with Design, Engineering and wider teams to champion user needs through inclusive, data‑informed decision‑making
- Ensure high‑quality solutions are delivered on time
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a tech‑focused environment
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams using Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, XP)
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to balance strategic decisions with practical delivery
- Understanding of large‑scale software systems, including build, testing and deployment.
- Familiarity with go‑to‑market approaches and product performance metrics
- An understanding of how roles across Product, Design, Engineering, QA, DevOps and Marketing work together
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bring people together around shared goals
- Experience using qualitative and quantitative research to guide decisions
- A collaborative, inclusive approach to working with colleagues across different teams
- Confidence working autonomously and taking ownership of a product area
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast‑moving environment
- A passion for improving education and supporting meaningful outcomes for schools
- Ability to communicate data trends clearly to educators and school leaders.
