Requirements
- Deep knowledge of the South African and specifically in Cape Town’s recruitment landscape, including NQF frameworks and current Employment Equity legislation.
- Proactive in building and nurturing strong local networks.
- Believe Every Detail Counts when it comes to the quality of candidate data and process integrity.
- Proven ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and guide team members through complex and high volume hiring cycles.
- Flexible in your approach, open to new ideas, and comfortable navigating an uncertain, fast-paced environment and okay to flex down when needed.
