- Matched with a Data team to work on a real summer project for Monzo customers
- Learn about commercial products and how data-driven decisions unlock customer value
- Experiment with and apply new data techniques to solve challenging problems
- Turn raw data into customer stories through models, analysis and visualisations that shape product and app design
- Use Python for data wrangling, analysis and building predictive solutions; use SQL, Looker and spreadsheets for data modelling and visualisation
- Understand the nuances of Monzo's data and build foundational knowledge for new products and features
- Collaborate with data teams, mentors and wider business; participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and intern events
Requirements
- You are completing a degree in STEM or Computer Science with exposure to programming and are graduating in 2027
- You enjoy learning about new technologies and have a passion for problem-solving
- You are available full-time for a minimum of 12 weeks between June and September 2026 (two June start dates available)
- You have the full right to work in the UK with no limitations during the 12 weeks
- You can work from our London office on a hybrid basis to collaborate with your team and mentor, and attend intern events
- Exposure to programming (Python) and familiarity with data tools (SQL, Looker, spreadsheets)
- £40,000 pro rata
