About the role
- Actively participate and drive Montrose’s strong safety culture
- Overall accountability on a high profile client portfolio of moderately to highly complex projects for legacy upstream oil and gas facilities
- Oversee internal project teams across disciplines to facilitate delivery of high-quality products
- Lead communication with the client’s program management team and project related stakeholders
- Provide senior review and approval of all technical deliverables and scopes of work
- Prepare and/or review technical correspondence, proposals, and work plans
- Transfer knowledge, share experiences, and support the training and mentorship of colleagues
Requirements
- Advanced degree in environmental science, geology, engineering, or a related field preferred
- A minimum of fifteen (15) years previous experience in environmental consulting
- Minimum of ten (10) years of direct project management experience directing legacy oil and gas projects
- Demonstrated experience with preparing remedial option and cost analysis, remediation system design, and environmental technical reports
- Strong data evaluation skills and ability to make decisions based on findings
- Self-motivated and possess strong communication skills
- Must have a valid and clean class 5 driver’s license with no restrictions
