• Lead PR and earned media efforts, including narrative development, press relationships, and launch moments
• Turn earned attention into measurable outcomes through landing pages, retargeting, and lifecycle flows
• Own website, CMS, and landing page strategy, including conversion optimization and experimentation
• Lead paid media strategy across platforms such as Google and Meta/Facebook
• Run continuous testing across messaging, creative, audiences, and conversion paths
• Ensure tight alignment between brand, campaigns, and performance marketing
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, content creation, creative iteration, and performance analysis
• Build AI-assisted workflows to increase speed, efficiency, and learning across channels
• Stay current on emerging tools and techniques that meaningfully improve marketing outcomes
• Own funnel performance from awareness through conversion
• Use data and insights to prioritize initiatives and allocate spend
• Establish a culture of testing, learning, and iteration
• Report on impact using clear, actionable metrics
• Act as a senior cross-functional partner to product, partnerships, and leadership
• Help define what great marketing looks like at an early-stage company
• Build scalable processes and, over time, a high-performing marketing team
