Analyst

• Reporting to the Director, Workday Architect, the HRIS Analyst will play an important role as a subject matter expert for Workday, with a focus on HCM and Reporting.
• In conjunction with the HRIS team, this position will be responsible for Workday support on People functions: Configuration, maintenance and optimization, ensuring data integrity, system efficiency, and alignment with business objectives.
• Assist with the design, build, and rollout of new People technology solutions that support a growing and global workforce.
• Translate business needs into system requirements and deliver clean, scalable solutions that improve how we work.
• Configure Workday modules, including HCM and Compensation and Reporting and manage business processes to match company policies.
• Design, develop, and test standard and custom reports, dashboards and hubs in Workday across various modules, to provide actionable data insights.
• Conduct regular system audits, perform data analysis and validation to ensure the integrity and accuracy of information.
• Act as the main point of contact for Workday helpdesk tickets. Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Develop and deliver job aids and training to end-users on Workday functionalities and best practices.
• Stay current with Workday releases and new features, assessing their applicability and implementing relevant enhancements.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports to HR leadership and other stakeholders.
• Assist with other HRIS projects as needed.
