About the role

  • leading the global TME/AE team for products development and validation
  • Work with marketing team for direct customer engagements, establish production roadmap and definition, and business strategy
  • coordinate with internal backend team and field team for customer support
  • Lead TMEs/AE team for technical support of customer’s design projects
  • Direct customer engagement, build mutual trust and form strategic partnerships with key customers
  • Co-work with marketing team for business strategy and execution
  • Coordinate cross-functional team from start (definition) to end (release) for product development

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in power electronics for DC/DC power conversion topologies
  • Deep understanding of CPU/GPU system power architecture
  • Strong problem solving capabilities
  • Fluent communication skills in English
  • mandarin is a plus
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and strong leadership
  • Previous experience in a system or analog/mixed signal IC company desired
  • MSEE or higher required
