About the role
- Drive the People Transformation Roadmap
- Facilitate workshops to map current processes and design workflows
- Lead weekly transformation meetings with Talent Acquisition and Ops Leads
- Create communications and training for managers and employees
- Implement governance frameworks to prevent data silos
- Define success through clear KPIs and provide progress updates
Requirements
- 5-7 years in Management Consulting, People Operations, or Business Transformation
- Successful HR transformations across regions (ideally Nigeria and the UK)
- Expert in process redesign (Six Sigma or Lean certification is a plus)
- Ability to guide C-suite stakeholders
