Encourage adoption of AI and other productivity tools to enhance engineering efficiency.
Communicate progress, risks, and process improvements to stakeholders.

Requirements

7+ years of software engineering experience, including DevOps.
3+ years of experience managing engineers
Experience working in a SaaS environment
Experience leveraging AI for software development
Working knowledge of Java/Tomcat/Spring development, relational DBs and AWS services
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Experience coaching engineers and improving development processes.
Experience driving adoption of AI or other productivity tools.
Experience improving release quality and CI/CD practices.
Experience in small business finance or related industries
