Own, drive and project manage requirements and deliverables around pre-sales, solution implementation, ongoing professional services, and client-retention activities.
Provide operational, technical and strategic expertise to execute Moneythor’s client-facing activities.
Responsible for assisting our digital banking prospects and existing clients by addressing their ongoing technical & functional questions or issuers.
Act as a solution expert and technical go-to person for our client success and sales organizations.
Play an evangelist role with our clients on the existing and/or new features of the solution.
Maximize platform adoption/engagement and drive new business growth through greater advocacy and reference-ability.
Identify potential opportunities to extend our relationship with clients and ensure that these are passed on to the appropriate team members.
Understand and analyse clients’ business & technical requirements, and help implement, test, package, deploy the Moneythor solution and ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Leverage technologies such as JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQL and Java among others to assist our clients.
Maintain in-depth understanding of the Moneythor solution and provide vetted, impactful customer feedback to the product team.
Use a case tracking system to manage information, questions and answers for every client-driven request.
Maintain expert professional knowledge about the market, technologies and developments in the digital banking industry.
Respond to service disruptions/incidents as part of our internal incident procedures.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of all projects and requests.
Report into VP Success & Support and collaborate with business development, product, and engineering teams.
Requirements
5+ years of experience working in a solutions engineering role, or as a client-facing technical and business analyst with involvement in project implementation, pre-sales and support activities.
Hands-on technical experience with JavaScript, HTML, Java, SQL, Web and database technologies.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
An eye for details and polished deliverables.
Ability to work on multiple client accounts in autonomy with little or no management oversight.
